Acceleration and o2 sensor codes

Recently replaced the catalytic converters on my 2005 TJ. After replacing, Jeep is idling around 1100 RPM and will accelerate itself when in drive or reverse. After I get up to about 30 mph, it drives normal.

It’s also throwing codes for the o2 sensors.
P0031, P0037, P0051, P0057

They were replaced with Bosch sensors initially, then read that the Bosch can continue to throw codes, so I replaced with NTK sensors.

Checked for vacuum leaks and can’t seem to find one anywhere. Any ideas on why it’s still idling higher and accelerating on its own. Also how to get the o2 codes to clear?

Your intake manifold is very likely leaking from not being seated properly after replacing the upstream cats, at least if the header was pulled during the upstream cat replacement. The intake manifold reinstall job can't be rushed and it has to be carefully positioned to avoid leaks like this that cause high rpms.

Initially it wasn’t seated properly, but it is now. Made sure it was in the notches and all the bolts were tightened correctly. Checked it for leaks, can’t find anything.
