Acceleration problems

hey so i have a 04 jeep tj and was having issues with the jeep it would bog down at full pedal and check engine light was blinking, read up on it and replaced plugs and took it for a drive and seemed better but acceleration was really slow and it wouldn’t go over 55mph, there’s no more check engine light on either, fyi i’m running 35s on 15s with stock gears but gears is not the issue ik because ive reached 70 80mph easy lots before planning on doing gears in a couple of weeks but this is first, lmk if u know anything

Probably 11 years ago, maybe 80k miles.

how exactly do u unclog it or what is the best way to? do u just unbolt it or cut then weld back?

Before deciding to replace it have a muffler shop test it to see if it has become restrictive.

so i replaced coil and plugs and it did better but still not going over 60 and u can hear something clinking around like valves or something else
