Adaptor needed for wheels/ tires for 2000 Wrangler?

A friend just bought a 2019 Rubicon and he has 285/70/R17 which is the size I want to put on my Wrangler. But I hear that I will need some sort of adaptor to fit my bolt pattern. Can anyone tell me what to order or what exactly I may need? Thanks in advance.

5x4.5 to 5x5 by 1.25 thick is what I went with I didn't want to thick..make sure you get hub centric...
