Aftermarket sound bar options

1999 TJ and I'd like to install a sound bar. The reviews are all over the place on a few sites. Any recommendations from someone who has purchased and installed an aftermarket one would be appreciated.

What’s wrong with the stock sound bar and upgraded speakers?

There wasn't one. My 2000 had one and it was great.

I'd consider buying an OEM soundbar from a junk yard, replace the speakers with aftermarket.

You could also mount something in the rear, but that would take up some of your tiny storage space.
