Anybody use a hood lock?

Nope it doesn’t look like the jk bolt lock will work on the tj hood. The tj safety latch opens/locks front to back. The jk safety latch goes passenger to driver to unlatch. Don’t honk even with some major modifications it could work.

Well, I went with the Tuffy lock. It seems pretty solid and made with pretty thick metal. Took me 6 or 7 tries to get it adjusted so I could open the hood. The latch would get caught and had to really put pressure on the latch to get it open. I did have to grind off about 1/8 inch on one side of the key for clearance to be able to pull it out of the lock.
