Are these shocks any good?

Those are just ordinary shocks with RE labels. You would be better off with a different set of shocks and a can of black spray paint.

If you are looking for a budget shock with OEM like ride, Rancho 5000X's are popular on this forum. They are also paintable.

Just tossed a set of RE shocks in the trash when I replaced the BB lift. The shocks were not terrible in my opinion. Stiffer than the Rancho's I replaced them with.

They're cheap and not terrible.

Any others?
Agreed. The 5000x is cheap and not terrible. At the moment, I have a pair of junk yard Ford F150 shocks in the back. Those were even cheaper and also not terrible.

just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these i want to replace my shocks and I know that rancho is one of the best shocks for its price point but I'm kinda looking for some black shocks. https://www.extremeterrain.com/rubicon-express-twintube-shock-absorber-kit-for-235-lift-9706-tj.html
Four people liked them in the reviews. One of them even said,
"Best shocks for the price point, my Jeep rides like a Cadillac now".

p.s. Get the Rancho rs5000x shocks and a $1 can of black paint at Walmart. I have yet to find great riding, inexpensive shocks.

The JKS JSPEC shocks ride similarly to the Rancho's, and as an added bonus, are painted black. They are $45 per.
