Belt tensioner snapped

Mopar p/n for your 2004's automatic belt tensioner is 4861277 like at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0015H0V5G/?tag=wranglerorg-20
See if you can carefully chip out the broken piece that stuck. The new part will have 2 nubs that must be inserted into the mount in order to properly tension. If you can come at it from behind, that would likely work best.
5:00 mark. Pulled the alternator bracket out to do it. It is aluminum, so shouldn't be hard to drill out.

The belt is not on in this picture, but I put it on after taking it
