So I got pulled out with a chain and it bent my frame

Can I just hit it with a 2 pound hammer?

Yeah, you should be able to hit that out with a hammer no problem.

Got it and I sanded and painted over where the paint chipped so it won't rust

@Luke, looks good as new! Put some POR15 on there to prevent from future rust as well.
