My brakes have suddenly become very sensitive at parking lot speeds, so much so that I've accidentally locked a tire a few times. The issue seems to be more prevalent when I first start driving, and it sounds like it is coming from just the passenger side tire. However when I checked the rotor temps, the driver side was around 20 degrees hotter (130 vs 110). Braking at driving speeds feels normal.
Any ideas what it could be? First thought was a stuck caliper, but the brakes don't feel hot enough for that and the issue seems to be coming from the side that measured colder.
