That's why rattle can black is the go to for my bumpers and flairs.

Oh interesting- I wasn't aware of this product. Is it really primer-free, or will it stick better with primer? Is it satin or glossy? How is it for touch-ups?

It is self etching so no primer over bare metal or sound coatings. If used on plastic it would probably need an adhesion promoter but there as far better products. It probably won't work better with a primer and might work worse. If the engineers thought petitioner was a good idea they would say so and tr to sell you their own. I use the satin and touch up is dead simple.
