I have been researching for a waterproof, primarily rain proof cover for my TJ when the soft top is rolled down. I've come across almost every make and model and most forums have directed me back to Rain Gear. Has anyone used a cover? I don't want a full cover, just the cab. The rain gear looks positive but I don't see one that does not cover the half doors, maybe that's the way it suppose to be. I am looking for a cover that will protect during a rainstorm here in the Midwest while at work, where i can't easily run outside and put the soft top back up quickly. Thanks for any advice!

We use the Rain Gear cover when we have the soft top off. Easy to put on and take off. It is a little bulky, but should be okay to store around the back seat. It would help to have a prop-top, or at least a broom handle or such, to prop the center up a little. We also have a sunshade on so I have not came up with a solution yet. It is pretty much water tight. Only issue we had is when we had a big storm and the center filled with water like I said. It dripped in a little bit, but was my fault. I will post a picture when we put it on tonight.
