Can a spark plug cause an open circuit code 0205, etc

So an open circuit code is supposed to mean an injector is getting a constant signal to stay open. Usually a ground somewhere in the harness. Could also be a bad injector or a bad PCM. We know this. And let's say all the plugs/injectors are getting power, all measuring the same. Wires all test good. But the PCM driver is not sending a pulse to a particular injector.

It seems like that should keep the circuit 'closed' instead of open...

Point is, could a spark plug be causing the PCM driver to fail to send a pulse to the injector? Maybe because it knows the spark plug is bad?:unsure:
