It's always been a hit or miss on Memorial Day weekend.
I wait until the day before most times to decide full top or safari top...
But I always bring the trail cover just in case if I'm running the safari top.
We did hit pockets of heavy rain and one round of gropple, glad I zipped the windows in this morning

Well, with truck repairs, wife in the hospital for a few days and last daughter's wedding in a few weeks, the account has been tight and I have not spent much on Jeep parts this year other than to buy @mrblaine s steering cooler as the first step toward assisted steering. I've been following the short arm recipe laid out here at WTjF for 35s for several years and the jeep has performed really well. But I have been starting to find the limits of the short arm lift and stock location shocks. So have been musing and thinking about a long-term plan to acquire a MidArm lift and outboard shocks. Through tragic circumstances of @JMT, he offered me the opportunity to recover the kit he had in the garage when he lost his house to the Spokane fires if it was even salvageable. He doesn't have the time or desire to mess with it as his LJ already has one and I would think insurance is going to pay him back or buy him a new one. So I sifted some ashes and pulled what I could find from them. I am deeply grateful of his consideration. I did ask ahead of time and got his permission to share this story and salvage effort.

This is what it looks like now after several hours with wire wheels and steel bead shot on the bigger pieces.
I don't know what I am missing, but I know I have
4 x weldable frame brackets
Rear axle pumpkin adapter trus
Front axle pumpkin adapter + extended truss
14 x Jonny Joints
2 x weld tabs with hex holes - Not sure this is even part of the kit
1x Some sort of curved bracket- Not sure this is even part of the kit
Purchase List
JJ rebuild kits for each joint

Any other brackets or parts I missed?
If anyone spots anything I don't have, please let me know. It's going to be after the new year before I can afford to start filling in the gaps or missing pieces, but in the meantime, there are plenty of YouTube vids to watch (BFH Garage) and measurements to take.
