Clunking while decelerating

My 99 TJ automatic making a herendous noise. A severe clunking related to wheel speed ONLY during deceleration and stops when I am accelerating. I has brand new rear axles, bearings and seals. The shop "claims" they checked internals of diff for any missing teeth or bad bearings and found nothing. I have also changed rear universals and today 10/31 the front axle u- joints. One discovery I made while changing my speedometer gear for the 4:88 was chocolate milk (water,) in the transfer case. This was changed out IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'm running out of money and fast !! My future plan is to remove one at a time front and rear drive shafts and test with each removed then drain the front diff and look for any missing teeth in the gear and spiders. I dont think that teeth are the issue since the noise stops and starts related to throttle. Then ill pull my hair out !!!

Motor mounts, T case mount, D shaft splines worn? If the T case was full of water then Id suspect the trans and diffs were drown as well. Hows that fluid look?

Maybe check control arms? I had a control arm that was loose a while back and every time I would go into reverse it would shift making a clunk.

Transfer case mounts TBD. Motor mounts also TBD (raining) Trans fluid changed and was good. Splines on front axles not worn bad either. Gonna remove front shafts when rain stops and check too.
