Control Arms question…

Hey y’all, quick question. It’s my understanding that I don’t “have” to swap control arms for lifts under 3”. I would, however, like to replace the factory control arms and bushings due to age. I’m not real smart on this stuff so I’m looking for recommendations for what brand to use. If it helps, the plan for my Jeep is to be more of an overland type vehicle. I’ll be using it for mostly hunting/fishing and any off-road that I do will be mostly on old government land trails to and from hunting sites. Appreciate any advice y’all can give. Thanks!

X2 to the above, pick a set that has the OE factory design/look. They flex great, better than many aftermarket designs.

Thanks @Jerry Bransford. Not to get off topic, but want to say thanks for the posts regarding spark plugs and coil packs. I picked up the XP985 Iridium’s you recommended in another thread. I wasn’t too sure regarding which plug coil to pick up but I went with a Driveworks brand because I didn’t want to put over 200 into an OEM part. Any insight on the DW brand?

Anything wrong with your present coil pack? If it's still working I'd keep it installed. Aftermarket replacements of critical parts are real crap shoots. My aftermarket "performance" ignition coil failed in the middle of the desert within a year. Fortunately someone had a spare Mopar coil that got me going again.

Nothing wrong with it that I know of. In this case, I’ll just swap plugs and stick with the oem part. Will definitely use the copper anti-seize like you recommended in the other thread and I can always grab a Mopar coil and keep it in my parts bin until I need it. Thanks again Jerry.

Just a tiny bit of antiseize on the threads. Too much can get to the electrodes and short them out.
