Coolant leak through manifold bolt

I recently had my TJ head replaced and I've noted that I have a very very small leak through the manifold bolt #1, they probably didn't put sealant on head bolt #11 (the one that goes all the way down to the coolant)

My question is: does anyone know if I can remove bolt #11 without draining the coolant to put sealant on it?

leak seems to be 3 or 4 drops per drive, but my OCD wants to have it completely sealed or should I just let it go? I don't want to cause a bigger issue for a few drops

Hole number 1 is not supposed to be a wet hole. Number 11 is definitely a wet hole.

You're supposed to use Loctite 592 which says to use on clean, dry threads.

What did you end up doing? — I recently replaced my water-pump. Not long after, i started to notice coolant weaping from the number 1 manifold bolt.
