You can probably even rent one for free from someplace like AutoZone. It'll make finding the leak a whole lot easier, especially if you pair it with something like a fluorescent dye.

It's tough to tell what color that liquid is from that picture, but could be pump, thermostat housing, or the hoses if that is indeed coolant dripping down the block.
Easiest thing to do is just overhaul it all, which it probably needs anyways if something is leaking. Probably around $200 to do everything minus the radiator.

So I know this is an older thread but I still haven't fixed this leak yet. Yesterday, I drove it until it got to operating temperature, then shut it off. That way any coolant leaking dosent get burnt off cause the engine wasn't hot enough. This is what I found. Possibly one of the hoses or t stat housing?

I am not sure why everyone is so agains the pressure test. If you walked out into your garage right now, hooked up the pressure test, applied pressure, the leak would...leak. There would be no guess work.
Maybe it's me.

Just an update to this old thread in case anyone wanted to know, it was a cracked cylinder head. I replaced it with a TUPY rebuilt head. The head plus a few other things like gasgets, spark plugs, and bolts added up to around $600. Not what I wanted since it also took its toll on the bearings, but it's fixed now and the OP is still within spec.
That sucks, especially since you said the previous owner replaced the original head. Did he replace it with another non-TUPY 0331 one? As I tell everyone, if you take one of those heads off for any reason, it should never go back on.
Yes he replaced it with another orginal 0331 head, not a 0331 TUPY head. I took off the valve cover and pressure tested the system and saw the coolant seeping through the crack. At least it's fixed now. Oil pressure is not perfect but still within spec. Fully warm at 2k rpm it's around 37-40 and always above 40 on highway. It settles down to about 13-18 at idle.
