CV driveshaft question rear

Good morning,
I just installed my SYE kit and put the transfer case in my Jeep. I am going to call Adams today and get a driveshaft ordered. I do not have my rear pinion adjusted yet as I was going to wait until my driveshaft comes in. My question is do I need to set my angle before I measure for the driveshaft or can I do it after.

Thank you. I do not think it is that far off. I have a 3in lift and 32s
