It seems to have been well established that the primary weakness of the Dana 35 is it’s factory axle shafts. This weakness can be more or less eliminated by installing a Super 35 kit. With that said I would like to ask for your opinions on the Dana 35 ring and pinion, specifically with weaker 5.13 gears:
1. Would you install 5.13 gears in a Dana 35?
2. Would you run a locker and 35s with a Dana 35 with 5.13’s?
3. Would you tow a small trailer with a Dana 35 with 5.13’s?
