Dashboard gauges vibrating when ignition is off

I have a toner and an inductive amplifier... that's the wand with the speaker that warbles.

I'll bet you could use that inductive amplifier to find the errant wire.

Couple updates. Still super struggling with this. I realized I missed the front speaker left and right grounds so I went over those. The right one has 2 ground wires - 1 black, 1 black/light green. The black/light green one, when disconnected, made my gauge cluster go even crazier. It has a Voltage of 6V-7V running through it, bouncing around. Looking at the wiring diagrams, this looks like the ground for the gauge cluster, which makes sense. But does that maybe point to the gauge cluster itself being faulty? When I unplug the gauge cluster, voltage on this wire dropped to 0. Side note: when I had this black/light green ground wire disconnected and the gauge cluster bouncing around like crazy, if I hit the brights switch (pull left stalk towards me), it immediately corrected the issue while holding the brights on. IDK what this means if anything.

Can anyone confirm that this suspected pink/white wire I've mentioned above and been tracking down should not be hot all the time? I'm wondering it it's actually hot as it's supposed to be, but the gauge cluster is letting some voltage through incorrectly.

I also unplugged the ignition switch, no luck.
