Dead odometer (no light and no reading)

Hi everyone, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
My speedometer gives no reading at all, no light or anything. The speedometer and tachometer work fine.
I checked the fuse boxes and no blown fuses... all in good order, I also did a cluster test and everything seems to be lighting up fine and all gauges did their little cycles with no issues... except .. of course the odometer.
Has anyone experienced this? any tips of what I should be looking at next?

The instrument cluster has a separate odometer mileage memory from the PCM and since you performed a instrument cluster test and all the lights and gauges work; the problem is more than likely on the instrument cluster circuit board.
I would disassemble the dash to remove the instrument cluster and do an inspection of the circuit board for the cluster looking for burned components on the circuit board.
While the instrument cluster is removed; look at the instrument cluster pins that insert into the BUSS connector.

I’ve actually tried 2 seperate clusters and neither displays the odometer so problem is obviously elsewhere - I will check the pins in the plug thanks for the advice. I’d love to know what pin is responsible for the odometer input

Inspect the bus connector that the instrument cluster plugs into. I have heard of wires coming detached from the harness connector. The clips inside the harness connector also can become oxidized with little black specks.
