Crossover steering is very (!) good at causing various problems without fixing any previously existing problems.
It's hard for some to believe the TJ's factory inverted-Y steering geometry is good as-is, or that it could be better than anything non-factory. But it is and its geometry is better for commonly installed suspension lift heights than any aftermarket steering geometry is. Which is why Currie's well proven steering system maintains and uses the factory geometry.
