Dial In Rear Pinion

I just got my Woods DS and need to dial in pinion angle. I am currently within 3 degrees between DS and pinion with slight/minimal vibration. I have read numerous posts about the rear pinion as well as watched some youtube vids. I have dbj adjustable upper and lower control arms. From what I understand, I loosen bolt on lowers, but which side on uppers should I adjust, frame side or axle? Also, some vids I was watching was talking about tracbar needing adjustment too, is that something I need to look at? I do have a rear adj. TB. Sorry about another pinion thread, but just want to do things right and dial this in as clean as possible.

You can adjust uppers AND lowers, in opposite directions, to keep the axle from moving forward or rearward. The idea is to keep it from hitting anything like the gas tank.

Double adjustable CAs should have a right-hand thread on one end and left-hand on the other. You just twist the rod one way or the other to adjust them.

Adjust track bar to center the axle left-right.
