I searched the forum for this issue but did not find an answer to my problem. When fueling the nozzle shuts of repeatedly after a couple seconds. I have to fuel VERY slowly. No splashback like others posted but cannot get the fuel to go in quickly. This new to me 2004 LJ had to have a new fuel pump and I noticed valves or flaps in the feed tube and tank. Are these the cause? Saw some comment about an anti spill flap in case of a roll over. Did not know about this problem when the tank was down. Really annoying but I don't want to drop the tank again if I can do a work around to disable a restriction.
