Does this look like a typical Dana 44 setup?

Would you possibly be able to look over my part list before I pull the trigger? I know your very experienced with quality parts and would highly appreciate your opinion on the parts I need to buy. I'd hate to buy a bunch of crap that doesn't fit or ain't gonna last. I know its long but its all I can find

Drum brakes instead of discs?

I'm not wholly familiar with whether the part numbers are correct but if they are, I'd use them. If you play in the rocks, that aluminum cover is questionable.

Wrong axle seal retainer then. You want the Spicer 51762 instead of the flat one. Given a choice, I prefer the Timken 9912S axle oil seal. The expandable skirt seals better than the two little ridges.
