It seems there's an inherent issue with the Bestop's front top corners being a little short or leaving a small gap in the front top corners of the windshield?
I too had this at first, but here's how to fix it.
While pushing down as hard as you can on the front corner from the outside, simultaneously lock the lever from the inside.
Mine made an audible loud "snap" into place when it latched locked and the gap was gone. Repeated the process on the other side and the same thing happened.
Now the corners are tighter than a turtle's ass. fwiw
