Door laws

Looking for some citeable links that have to do with the laws against operating a wrangler with no doors on a public roadway. Doing a project on it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks! All I can find are forums in which I cannot use.

I doubt you'll find anything calling out Wranglers (or CJs for that matter) specifically but from everything I've read in Michigan's laws there is no verbiage regarding doors. Lifts, Windows, Mirrors, Lights, etc - Yes. Doors - No

In delaware doesn't mean doors off as long as you have a driver side mirrow and one other. Pennsylvania has to have doors on.

see 68(1) Doors must have striker.....
any imaginative policeman can twist that into.... doors must be installed.

Applies to all vehicles manufactured after 1971.

But I've never heard of anyone in AB getting a citation.
In BC citations for running without doors can be pretty common.
