My jeep has been sitting for years, just put it back together now all of the live data is toggling from high to low and it thinks it is running at 4k rpm's with the key on. Everything is grounded and I have the powers and grounds at the ecm. Really thinking the ecm went bad but was wandering if anyone had seen something similar.
