I just recently bought a 2000 TJ and have found electrical issues. I've replaced the starter(it was bad), ignition switch(both sides), and the light switch. I've gotten my starter, radio, and headlight operational. My interior lights and wipers don't work, as well as my fog light switch, lighter and heater blend door. All the fuses are good and power is going out of the fuse box. I though I might check here for any ideas before digging in more

I have a manual and have gone through wiring diagrams.

Generally speaking, the guidance is always to trace the circuit and figure out where you stop getting 12V, and also to verify all the grounds are solid & clean.

I've gone through and checked grounds. I found one disconnected. The previous owners put a crate motor in it. It has about 1k on it, so I assumed that was the issue to begin with. That was the first thing I did. I've had lots of rain and of course the corners leak at the windshield. I'm now assuming corrosion my be suspect. I was just hoping, by posting here I might find an easier solution. I thank anyone for any input

yeah, there are 101 ways to have electrical go south on you. The most likely culprit is usually old age (corrosion, cracked insulation, loose fittings, broken wires). The second most likely culprit is Bubba. And since you know there was a motor swap, I would assume Bubba was in full effect on your wiring.
