engine swap

I currently have a 1998 wrangler se, so it has the 4 cylinder engine, 5 speed manual, 2.5 inch lift running 31x10.5's it is running fine but I would like to be prepared to change it out with a 6 cylinder when the time comes, and was wondering what I would need to do to swap it out, would it mean new tranny, drive line.....

Just out of curiosity, why are you swapping the 4-banger out?

The 4.banger is ok but i would like to have a little more power, and if I want to go up to 33's I can, also in case I wanna tow something... and it is for when it goes out, which could be a year or two....but I would be ready...
