The only thing that could possibly be it if this is true is that the tread was worn down on the old and I think they were future scramblers. I made sure the exact same size was ordered because to be honest I did not want to change the feel. If I keep the wildpeaks I just hope that this feeling changes after some wear. I just don’t know if the coops might feel different because of tread design or weight or compound. I, unlike you, know very little about tires.

I think the response you are getting is because you mentioned it was such a drastic change in drivability and power, take it back to the shop and get them to test it because I dont think your wildpeaks are going to "bed in" they will be the same for many miles,
Maybe have them swapped for 235/75/15,s, you have no lift so they will still look right and your jeep may love you for it.

Ok, I’m trying. My old tires felt responsive. Example, if I hit a speed bump at a decent speed, my jeep would leave the ground. I could feel the road. With these tires it feels almost like there is no responsiveness. Almost like I’m glued to the ground, no road feel at all. Some might say that’s good, but I miss having a little road feel. The best way I can describe it is like I’m either driving with my emergency brake on or I’m towing something.

I’m debating this. Good suggestion. The only thing that makes no sense is that this size worked so well on my old tires. But they were worn. I really don’t know how this shop will think about now changing the size as I guess I should feel lucky about them letting me choose between the two.

This might be true. That is the thing I was wondering. If that were the case I would think that it’s wear issue and after I’ve worn these I would get more a road feel that I was use to.

Now I've heard some of the most bizarre questions comments regarding tires over the years but I just can't seem to wrap my head around this.

The OP is complaining of too much grip?

Yet also in the description says about towing or an E-brake on...
That says low power to me...but won't commit to saying low power.

Says about doing dukes of hazard over speed bumps and is now pissed his new tires are performing as they should.

Yea I figured you had one more left…. Dukes of hazards over a speed bump was an attempt to explain heavy to you. I’m glad that worked. Loss of power could be it. They feel like their dragging.

I have the same tires in 33x12.5. Run them at 28#’s. 4.0 for me.

I have no issue with them feeling sluggish but to be fair, they were on the rig when I got it. They have about 15k on them and are still dead quiet.
