Big 8 said the new grabber was out of round. Got a replacement. General dealer tire shop said wheel was out of round. When I got the replacement wheel from big 8 they tried to tell me replacement grabber was bad. Told them to flip out one off jeep opposite. They both balanced. Operator problem solved. 
Only took about 3 months. Shazam! Full size spare is back.
