Flashing no fuse

I noticed this morning that my Jeep has a flashing "no fuse". What does this mean and what should I do. I noticed it first when I was stopped at a light. I checked when parked that it is flashing. Do I need to not drive it until I get this fixed? Where do I start? Make it simple for a newbie.

That's usually caused by the 40 amp IOD fuse #17 located inside the PDC (Power Distribution Center) that sits in front of the battery on the passenger-side fender well.

Jerry mine looks a little different. It is a 50 amp. I changed it and the no fuse is still flashing. Any other ideas?

This may be unrelated but I have had instances where the radio stays on after I cut the jeep off. All I know is that the dome lights are not working right now.

Fixed it. It was fuse #24. Off-road fuse.

I wish I knew what it controlled as well. I was just trouble shooting fuses and that fixed it. Saw that it was labeled, offroad.

I thought it was for the lockers, but after Googling it I also saw clutch override mentioned.

Based on 2006 FSM, it's for the lockers.
