My 1998 TJ 2.5 Liter seems to be missing the fog lamp relay. Not under hood fuse block and nowhere to found behind the glove box. I seen some photos of where it should in both locations and I have nothing. Ripped the front of the dash from drivers to passenger and cannot locate these relays. Theres is one under and to the right of the glove box fuse block, but test it, it does not belong to the fog lamps. Did I read that it could be part of the PCM? Thanks. Edit, my fog lamps work fine, just wanted to do the simple hack to have fog lamps operational when high beams were on.
