I scoured the (aftermarket) Earth for these "standalone" with ZERO success, and I'm pretty good at finding stuff. They appear to be VERY specific to (only) THAT application; nor can you buy them from MOPAR any more...
I installed aluminum Nutserts instead on my '04 - they seem to be holding up fine so far. The advantage of these later side steps is that they "hang" from the small hooks on the brackets, so the Nutserts only serve to hold them tight against the frame...
Interesting "Sidebar" w/respect to OEM side steps - in addition to being able to stand on them to clean your top(s) (and bang the front and back of your legs, LOL), they also DO protect one's rear fender flares from rock chips, assuming that they're painted. I just had my dark graphite metallic Columbia Edition fender flares repainted - they were PERFECT except for the fronts of the rear flares; now that I have the side steps mounted, I anticipate them STAYING that way!
