I'd probably carefully cut out all the plastic and get generic high pressure fuel injection line the correct size at an auto parts store and clamp that on. Just bring a section of the plastic to get the right size. The ridge on the factory metal parts should hold it. I don't think you can clamp anything to the plastic and get a seal.
