I have a 2002 TJ 4.0 that when I turn the key on, fuel pressure stays at 0. When trying to start, sometimes it will take 2-3 cranks and other times it will start up on first try. While running my pressure is around 52PSI. Immediately after shutting it off, the pressure goes to 0. Am I supposed to hold pressure for certain amount of time? Also should I be building pressure when just turning the key to prime? And how much? Fuel regulator issue?
