Fuel tank problem

I’m replacing the fuel filler line from the neck to the tank. While trying to get it off the tank it pulled part of the flange off. Is this a replaceable part or should I just go with it? See pics

You won't find that part anywhere in the factory part diagrams. However, I want to say that's a common enough part that you could find it at a local auto part store in the hose and fittings section possibly.

I think you'll want to retain that piece, as the edge around it is what helps the hose seal properly when clamped down with a hose clamp.
