Hey guys! I installed an aftermarket stereo over the weekend, and all of a sudden my tac gauges don't work. The lights, heater and stereo work. I have no idea what I did.

I just installed the head unit. The whole instrument cluster was working before, but now the whole thing is out.
Could it be a ground wire or something?

Could be a ground. That's what I'm thinking. Although, that does seem strange. I'm trying to think how that could have happened, if that is the case. I don't know of any ground in that area that could have been mistakingly unhooked. Not one that would affect your instrument cluster anyway.
Was your factory wiring harness and plug still intact when you finished the install? Did you have a wiring harness adapter that you used to plug into the factory harness?
Did your factory radio have an alternate ground going to a copper stud on the back of the factory radio?
What about your fuses behind the glovebox, all of those good?

Highly doubtful there's a ground issue, my bet is the new radio was miswired and popped a fuse. There are fuses behind the glove compartment door and inside the Power Distribution Center inside the engine compartment. Check them all.
Hi guys! I should have said that I replaced ALL the fuses, and reset the instrument cluster after the issue. Nothing I have tried fixed the issue.

You should not have needed to for a head unit but did you remove the instrument cluster or instrument cluster bezel during your install?
