Radio staying on suddenly?

So I installed an aftermarket radio a couple months ago and everything has been working fine. Arrive at my destination, turn Jeep off and stereo is still playing. It's connected to the factory harness. The display turns off but it's still playing and the stereo lights are still on. No other accessories work... Bad stereo all of a sudden or??

Update... Pulled radio faceplate and it was still on. Pulled every fuse behind glove box and no change. Pulled the bottom left 10a fuse under hood, no interior lights or radio. Put fuse back in and radio stayed off. Turned key on, radio worked. Turned key off and radio went off like normal. WTH???
