Gears in 10 days: Locker or LSD?

No such thing, if you wanted it bad enough you would have justified it. I did it front and rear on a jeep, it was awesome but that jeep had lockouts and I loved the selectablity.

So far so good, changed my oil with heavy 85w-140 and thicker Covers after 500 miles. It did seem to really quiet things down more in the rear than the front and now I've only noticed the front Torq Locker in U-turns or really sharp turns. The noises are still there but more muffled now. I think it's something I can get used to over time and it's not my DD.
My opinion on the 5.13 gears is like jerry and the others said, highly recommended. Haven't gone up any long hills yet but very responsive in street driving. And haven't gone off road yet since the oil was done on Sunday. Was shooting for friday but have mandatory work I can't get out of. Hopefully in the next couple weeks I can get on a trail. If anyone is interested I can do another update after what 4wd is like?

In theory yes but in practice, not really. That's why I replaced both of my Truetracs with lockers nearly 20 years ago.
