My 2006 TJ has a hard start when cold like the one picture in the video attached. However, after it starts once and heats up, it will start normal. Any ideas what this could be?

No check engine light. It has a long start when it’s cold, but once it starts and runs for a little bit and turn it off and then go to start it again, it starts fine. Could it be a bad fuel pump?

If it does, then your drain-back valve in the fuel pump assembly is bad, which means you need a new fuel pump.
Turn the ignition on (but don't start it) for a few seconds (you'll hear the fuel pump prime), then turn it off.
Do this 3-4 times. Each time you should be able to hear the fuel pump priming.
Hmm, just watched the video...it isn’t what I expected. Seems like an electrical/battery/starter related issue instead. Perhaps a short causing intermittent low voltage or something, caused by the lower temps.
Starts up after priming. Don’t know if that’s because fuel pressure or if it’s just battery voltage low.
Get the battery tested first to rule that out. Any auto part store can run a load test on it for free.
It’s the same one that was in there when I bought it in June so I have no idea. I’ll get it tested.

I have this exact same issue as described by the OP. I've experienced this over my 2 years of ownership. Battery, alternator, and starter check out fine. Plugs are fresh iridium's.
OP, what did you end up narrowing it down to? A tired fuel pump?
