Hard top side window molding replacement

I’m about to store a top long-term and I’m going to replace the molding around the windows and give it a fresh coat of paint and sealer first

Do any of you guys have experience replacing the side glass molding and if you do will you please walk me through the process- Mine could be refurbished but I really want to do new
