Harsh shift into drive. 2001 4.0 auto

My Jeep seems to buck a little as it goes into drive. New to Jeeps so maybe this is normal? Just replaced U-joints on rear driveshaft, and changed fluid in transfer case. Recently replaced transmission mount, but not with Mopar. Stiffer rubber one from RockAuto. In the video, I’m in Park, then Reverse, then Drive, back to Reverse, then Park.
