Heat barely blows when accelerating but blows normal when stopped

1998 jeep tj 4 cylinder 2.0, my heat barely blows when i accelerate and then when i stop at light it blows normal. What could this be?

You have a 2.5 engine if it's a 4 cylinder or a 4.0 if it's a 6 cylinder.
