Do TJs have a heater control valve or is coolant always flowing through the heater core even with the heat turned off? I looked through the service manual and couldn't find anything about a valve, and I don't see any valves between the thermostat and heater core. But some sections mentioned running heat while changing coolant so I'm not sure
