High beam delay when turning off

When I put in led light driving light I get a small delay in the light bar when I turn high beam off,not good when I meet cars at night
When I put halogen back it is normal
What can the problem be? Thanks

Probably capacitors in the light bar in the process of discharging. If it has a separate anti-flicker harness, remove that. Flicker isn't a problem on TJs unless you have a bad or cheap alternator.

Best possible cause that seems reasonable to me. It's true that TJs don't need anti-flicker circuits for LED lights like JKs do.
