Hit bad bump, crank and no start now

Hey everyone.

Been a while since I posted haven’t had any issues.

And of course the other day was driving didn’t see a bump bad hit it pretty bad. Immediately after hitting the bump Jeep died, and wouldn’t start. Cranks but won’t start.

Checked to see if any codes, had p0122 at first and then after a little checked again and had p0123. Both relayed to TPS, ordered a new TPS, should be here tomorrow.

Could a bad bump cause the TPS to die? I was expecting a fuel pump issue or something. Any insight or idea what else you might think it is would be great. Thanks in advance.

Spray some starting fluid in the throttle body and see if it pops off.

Check fuel pressure.

Check for spark.

Lift your hood and explore the PDC (fuse box on passenger fender), remove the Fuel Pump relay and Automatic Shutdown relay and reinsert into their receptacles.
You will need assistance for the next step.
Place your finger on the fuel pump relay and turn the ignition to ON; you should feel the relay engage and the fuel pump should start for 3-5 seconds to pressurize the fuel rail for the injectors.
If you feel the relay engage and fuel pump start; turn the ignition to START and see if the engine starts.
If not... you will need to test or possibly replace the fuel pump relay.
Test the relay with a VOM by measuring the coil windings that engages the relay contacts; should read about 70-75 ohms across the coil terminals (terminals 85&86); if not the relay will need to be replaced.
