Horn is not working: Horn alternatives?

Hey my horn isn’t working and I replaced the clockspring and that fixed my blinker signal problem but not the horn. Is there a way I can wire up a push button horn on the dash. If anyone knows how that would be possible please explain. My horn itself works because if I plug it in it goes off.

Have you checked your horn relay or horn fuse in the PDC?

when you plug the horn in, do you mean when you send 12 volt to it?

A simple push switch running 12v to the horn is all you need. Pull the horn and check it is getting a good ground at the mounting bolt. Then run a jumper wire to make sure it isn't just the horn going bad. They can work intermittently as they break. Easy stuff first.

mine was the same and didn't work...got a relay from oreily 9.99 and it fixed it....yea now I squeak at people...
