How do I install a cigarette lighter / power port?

I need to add a cigarette lighter/ power outlet to my 2000 tj. How would I go about installing one?

On your model year there should be two unused ACC feeds, “switched” and “unswitched” behind your glovebox, just above the fuse panel. They feed directly to you fuse box. One being 3amp the other 10amp I believe. They are even labeled from factory .

What do you plan on running off the new socket? As this is only a plausible option for lower amperage use really.
